NOCCI

The Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) started out as a small fraternal organization in 1990 composed of Fifteen (15) local businessmen from Dumaguete City and other parts of the Province of Negros Oriental.

NOCCI was registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) per SEC Registration No. CEO0004418

The Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) is an active member of PCCI hosted its 1st area business conference in Negros Oriental

NOCCI hosted its 2nd PCCI Visayas Area business conference in Negros Oriental

Executive Order No. 183 creating the 1-Negros Island Region or Region 18 based in large part on NOCCI’s Position Paper and Proposal, the NOCCI proposal became the gamechanger to the the Negros Island Region (NIR) or Region 18 initiative.

NOCCI membership base gradually expanded from the original fifteen (15) members in 1990 to 150 members or a tenfold increase over a span of 25 years. Investments generated thru investor servicing and jobs created by NOCCI since its inception in 1990 have now reached 13.375 Billion Pesos or equivalent to 11,329 jobs created.

NOCCI hosted its 3rd Visayas Area Business Conference and Celebrated its Silver Anniversary

NOCCI, being the most outstanding Chamber in the Philippines, was cited for its outstanding performance as an advocate of the Philippine business, demonstrated in its active involvement in influencing policy makers and undertaking programs and activities for the expansion of commerce and industry, trade and investment.

NOCCI successfully hosted its 1st International Business Conference with its sister cities of Alameda, California and Yeongdong-gun, South Korea

NOCCI once again won the Most Outstanding Chamber in the Visayas and Most Outstanding Chamber in the Philippines

NOCCI represented the Philippines to the Confederation of Asia-Pacific Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Taipei, Taiwan/

NOCCI to represented the Philippines and Asia-Pacific to the World Chambers Congress in Sydney, Australia, September 19-23, 2017 and tied with the Chamber of Commerce of South West England and came in second during the tie-breaker final round

NOCCI won the Most Outstanding Chamber in the Visayas and Most Outstanding Chamber in the Philippines for three years in a row.

NOCCI was elevated to the HALL of FAME for being the the Most Outstanding Chamber in the Philippines for three-consecutive years

NOCCI is considered as the ONLY VOICE of Business in the Province of Negros Oriental

NOCCI continues to advocate Business and Investment Development and as a partner of the Provincial Government for Local Economic Development
