The Officers and Staff of the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI), together with the various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the province of Negros Oriental, joined with all the offices and agencies of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental during the Opening Salvo of the Buglasan Festival 2023.
This year’s festival was anchored on the team, “Negros Oriental: Garbo sa Kabisay-an.”
The Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) embraced the spirit of unity and festivity as its Officers and Staff, in collaboration with various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across the province, actively participated in the grand Opening Salvo of the Buglasan Festival 2023. This lively event saw the convergence of all offices and agencies under the umbrella of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, marking the commencement of this year’s festival, themed “Negros Oriental: Garbo sa Kabisay-an.”
