The Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) Officers and Board of Trustees, led by President Edward Du, attended the first State of the Province Address (SOPA) of Negros Oriental Governor Manuel Sagarbarria held at the Plenary Hall of the Negros Oriental Convention Center.
