Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) President Edward Du paid a courtesy visit to the newly-appointed Philippine Ports Authority (PPA)-Negros Oriental/Siquijor Acting Manager Fernando Mapalo, Jr. at the PPA NegOr/Siquijor office. During the said meeting, President Du presented NOCCI’s proposed priority infrastructure programs, activities, and projects (PAPs) to improve the Dumaguete City Port services. The proposed PAPs by NOCCI gained full support and endorsement by PPA Manager Mapalo.
