Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) members led by Executive Assistant Rowie Limbaga participated in the one-day Labor-Management Cooperation (LMC) Convergence of DOLE Programs conducted by the Regional Tripartite Wages Productivity Board (RTWPB), National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), and Employees Compensation Commission (ECC) at Bethel Guest House, Dumaguete City.
The primary purpose of the seminar was to provide updates about the programs and services of the abovementioned convergence team agencies under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The seminar also underscored topics on Work Attitude, Values, and Ethics which are essential in maintaining a harmonious working environment.
