Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) members, led by President Edward Du, attended the Negros Oriental/Siquijor Port Management Advisory Council (PMAC) 4th Quarter Meeting held at the PPA Port Operations Building, Port Area, Dumaguete City.
