Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) Executive Assistant Rowie Limbaga participated in the Capacity Development Training for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Local Development Council (LDC) conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Negros Oriental Provincial Office. The activity was held on September 25, 2023 at Bethel Guest House, Dumaguete City.
In a dedicated effort to contribute to local development initiatives, Rowie Limbaga, Executive Assistant at the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI), took part in the Capacity Development Training for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Local Development Council (LDC). The training, facilitated by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Negros Oriental Provincial Office, unfolded on September 25, 2023, at the Bethel Guest House in Dumaguete City.
