Fred Magallano, attended the 40th Anniversary of NOCCI member Energy Development Corporation (EDC) Palinpinon 1 Geothermal Power Plant facility. EDC is the single biggest donor and partner of NOCCI in its award-winning FreeWiFi CSR Project.
