In line with the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (NOCCI’s) advocacy towards fostering a strong, resilient, and inclusive economic growth in the province of Negros Oriental, NOCCI President Edward Du, together with NOCCI Executive Director John Jalandoni, met with Negros Oriental First District Board Member and SP Committee on Ways and Means Chair Jessica Jane Villanueva to discuss NOCCI’s proposed Ordinance Creating the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office (LEDIPO) of the Province of Negros Oriental, which was lobbied by NOCCI. The meeting was held at BM Villanueva’s Office, Legislative Building, Capitol Area, Dumaguete City.
