Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI) President Edward Du and NOCCI Executive Director John Jalandoni had a meeting with Chinese Investor Zhao Yu who is interested to invest in Real Estate such as condominium and commercial spaces and who is also planning to put up a BPO and Toursim investments in Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental. The meeting was held at NOCCI Office, Dumaguete City.
